- Refunds and cancellation of order is generally not provided except for cases of process or product malfunction (i.e., workmanship defect, book arrives damaged).
- Book Matz is not responsible for customer generated mistakes, errors or defects including spelling, typographical or grammatical errors, order quantity or other ordering errors. Please be sure to preview your order carefully before placing your order.
- Images and text will be printed as they appear in the Preview. We do not proofread for, or correct, any such customer generated mistakes.
- Book Matz only accepts free returns for Non-Personalised Books (General Books)
- Free shipping when you order only personalised books only amount is limited to certain shipping methods and only available for India Only. Calculated based on cart value after discount codes have been applied.
- Non personalised Books (General Books) are not qualified for free shipping and the chargers are subjected to pricing mentioned in Shipping and Returns.
- We use third party shipping services any issue with the shipping services Book Matz and their employee’s will not be responsible
- Any breach of data and information by third party or customers, Book Matz and their employee’s will not be responsible
